OVERVIEW:

Gymshark's Finance Department is continuing to expand and grow with many exciting projects in the pipeline which will play a significant role within the short and long term growth of the business. We have many teams within finance including, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commercial, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Tax and Treasury. 2024, we'll be on the lookout for passionate finance professionals from entry level to senior C suite who can help add value to the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (Role Dependant)

  • Working collaboratively with Finance colleagues and Senior Partners 
  • Develop mature close working relationships with a range of stakeholders so that finance input is sought as a matter of course.
  • Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled to agreed deadlines, feeding into a ‘no surprise’ culture with any risks and opportunities identified being shared.
  • Hold review meetings with key stakeholders to feedback actionable insight into the result.
  • Support in the proactive continuous evolution of month end reporting and analysis to better communicate financial performance to key stakeholders.
  • Support all audit visits i.e. internal, external and contractual audits.
  • Assist in the development of financial policies, processes and working instructions.
  • Develop and produce analysis reports to aid in the strategic planning of Gymshark to improve efficiency or become more cost effective.
  • Storytelling and the ability to convey financial information to non-financial people

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

Essential Criteria: 

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment 
  • Enjoyment in working in an agile fast pace environment 
  • Aptitude for working with data and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative and productive relationships across the business.
  • A passion to learn with an inquisitive nature.
  • Good organisational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Disruptive with a continuous improvement mind-set, who constantly looks for ways to better things.
  • Qualifications : ACCA / CIMA / AAT / ACA  (working towards or qualified depending on role)

The coming vacancies will be hybrid and will require the successor to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
