Join us as a Senior Inventory & Reconciliations Manager - 12 month FTC in our core Finance Team to support us as our specialist consultant responsible for reviewing all finance processes in relation to stock management, including working closely with internal operation teams and external 3PLs.

This is an amazing opportunity for a chartered accountant who has managed global stock reconciliation within a start-up / high growth environment and who is passionate about driving mass data reconciliation and navigating multiple systems.

This role will include UK travel plus US travel once per quarter.

And heres what we are looking for from you: 

Essential Skills:

  • Chartered accountant
  • Minimum 5 years PQ
  • Audit experience.
  • Stock accounting experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with major accounting or ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong work ethic, highly proactive and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Netsuite experience
  • Experience managing changes, particularly in relation to stock control procedures.
  • Experience with operational stock procedures.
