OVERVIEW:

This role exists to support the business by using disruptive marketing tactics on US college campuses. The goal is to boost brand awareness among students by creating a fitness-focused community.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for:

  • Responsible for creating brand awareness through fitness-focused community on US college campuses
  • Responsible for coordinating events/ activities on campus i.e run clubs, group workouts, etc
  • Responsible for establishing a sense of belonging that all students can and want to be part of 

Accountable for:

  • Accountable for working seamlessly with a team on campus to efficiently execute tasks
  • Accountable for facilitating the movement of student involvement with the brand on campus
  • Accountable for accurately recording and reporting back to HQ with qualitative and quantitative data

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Skills:

  • Current College Student
  • Involved or connected to one or more student organizations, teams, groups, etc. on campus
  • Knowledgeable of Gymshark as a brand
  • Social media presence or strong social media knowledge in channels such as Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Campus Knowledge; Campus life, operations, locations, trends, traditions, events
  • Knowledge of surrounding area and/or “college town”
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Strong time management skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to manage at a self-pace
  • Confidence in leading events, managing events start to finish
  • Experience collaborating with a team to seamlessly execute projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Willing to challenge and be challenged
  • Willingness to give and receive effective feedback

This role has a salary range between $18-20 depending on experience.
