Join us as a Retail People Business Partner (12 month FTC) in our People team to help build trusted partnerships with the Retail and Wholesale senior management team, becoming an extension to these teams and supporting on their medium to long term goals. 

This is an amazing opportunity for a HR professional who has experience with supporting the development and alignment of functional people plans that drive Retail and Wholesale performance business units whilst protecting and maintaining the culture and delivering a world class employee experience.

And heres what we are looking for from you: 

  • Full or Part CIPD qualified
  • Proven operator in Retail or Wholesale environments
  • Previous HR experience, business partnering within a generalist or specialist role
  • Knowledge and awareness of global employment legislation and practices
  • Keep up to date with legislation, external trends and best practice
  • Experience in influencing senior management
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Enjoy working collaboratively to support the People Strategy and deliver on any agreed objectives in a timely manner 
  • Able to work autonomously, in a risk-taking, fast paced environment 
  • Commercial Awareness and a creative problem solver with the ability to think laterally and understand the cost and value drivers within a competitive business environment
