You will be:

In this multifaceted role, you'll lead demand and forecast planning for a diverse portfolio of approximately 1.5k products, ensuring KPI targets for product availability, purge management, and customer fulfilment are met. This will include delivering accurate forecasts for promotional, media plans, new product launches & seasonal periods. You'll build strong supplier & buyer relationships, optimise delivery efficiencies and encourage collaborative planning while conducting comprehensive trend analyses. Your leadership will embody motivation, quality, and integrity, aligned with Ocado's values, and you'll excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and intermediate-level Excel skills are essential. Effective internal and external relationship-building, along with a proactive, adaptable approach, will be pivotal. Occasional weekend work may be required, and preferred qualifications include business acumen, a track record in demand forecasting, logistics management, and familiarity with e-commerce and supplier management. Minimum 2-3 years of Supply Chain or FMCG experience desirable.
