POSITION:  Associate Clinician (RMN, CBT Therapists or Clinical Psychologists)

REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 Mental Health Assessments or CBT sessions per week. Service hours are Monday - Sunday 8am-9pm

LOCATION: Fully remote

REMUNERATION: £145 per Mental Health Assessment / £65 per CBT Session.

As a Healios Associate in Clinical Assessment and Intervention, you will play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team (MDT), collaborating with experts in psychiatry, psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive and detailed diagnostic assessments tailored to your area of expertise. These assessments will cover a wide spectrum of mental health, neurodevelopmental, behavioural, and cognitive difficulties.

 

What you need to have

  • Clinical Qualification - RMN, RNLD, CBT Therapist, Clinical Psychologist 
  • Hold a valid registration with a professional body - NMC, HCPC, BABCP
  • A wide range of assessment experience within the field of mental health service and/or neurodevelopmental diagnostic services. 
  • An extensive knowledge of mental health and/or differential conditions such as autism and ADHD.
  • Knowledge of Risk Assessment and Safeguarding procedures
  • A desire to become part of a collaborative environment and share knowledge and learning for the benefit of all
  • A curious mind-set that underpins your continuous drive to challenge the status quo
  • for achieving better outcomes
  • Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, complex, highly technical and/or clinically sensitive information to clients, their families, carer and other professional colleagues both within and outside the NHS
  • A professional home working environment with Wifi connection. (Minimum of 2 mbps up and download speed) - we will provide you with a Healios laptop  

 

Pre-Employment Checks

You will need an Enhanced (Child & Adult Workforce) DBS certificate registered with the DBS Update service or issued within the past 12 months You will be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
