The Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with
existing Heritage partners. The successful candidate will act as the point of contact with current
Heritage partners and assist in providing them with tailored advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and further developing strong relationships with existing Heritage partners
  • Assisting in planning the portfolio strategy for both new and existing Partners
  • Updating Heritage partners on investment performance and new opportunities

Key Skills:

  • Financial knowledge developed through experience with, fund of funds, private equity,
    venture capital, private banks, other alternatives, investment banks, or personal
    investments
  • Strong knowledge of private equity, and ability to confidently speak of financial aspects of
    Heritage investments
  • Ability to build and maintain transparent and trust-based relationships, ability to empathize
    with Heritage partners and understand their goals and
  • Portfolio construction or asset allocation experience in private equity. and at least a highlevel understanding of other asset classes
  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience

Evaluation:

  • The performance of the Relationship Manager will be evaluated on their ability to maintain
    strong relationships with sophisticated investors, their ability to assist in planning the
    portfolio strategy for both new and current partners, and their ability to provide tailored
    support.
