About Us
hubblr is a young company with a lot of passion for software developing and innovation. As an independent, young and agile team we develop with our clients comprehensive software applications while also consulting them in topics like product market fit, UI/UX-design and strategic software development.
The hubblr team loves and lives product innovation. Therefore we also work on our own, internal projects creating new business models, testing them in their market segments and, if successful responses are measured, we bring them together to life.
The role in a nutshell
As a founder‘s associate you think and act like a founder yourself. You will get to wear multiple hats by taking on tasks from the business development and people ops department. You work directly with hubblr‘s founders & management circle.
The role gives you a comprehensive insight into diverse areas of our startup - from HR to Business Development. One of your first key areas of responsibility will be people and operations, allowing you to work in everything from hiring to on/offboarding and people happyness. You will also get to take on different problems in our business development department.

Your Responsibilities
- You will be joining a growing team of 12, located in Münster, Hamburg, Valencia, Grenoble and more
- Directly support the founder team by wearing multiple hats and getting to know multiple business areas like people & operations
- Manage hiring, onboarding/offboard, and people happiness management processes
- Support in diverse business development topics for the founders
- You think and act like a founder: You will get responsibility from day one for a variety of operational and strategic initiatives. You act as an in-house consultant and work directly with the founders to uncover needs and bottlenecks.

What you need to succeed
- You love a fast-paced environment with many projects and can prioritise tasks yourself
- You are a quick learner, pragmatic and creative on how to solve problems
- You are a great communicator, optimistic and team-oriented
- You are fluent in both, German and English
- You have a valid working permit in Germany (or the EU)
