About the role:

As we are scaling our operations at Huspy, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our global People Team.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and recruiting talent from all over the world for our roles in UAE, and new markets. By joining Huspy at the early stage, you will get exposed and get to build various People processes from scratch.

We are building a world class team, and in this journey you’ll be working directly with people from companies like Uber, Microsoft, SumUp, Loft and Careem.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an end to end recruitment service, sourcing, interview and screening all potential candidates, from administrative levels to executive leadership;
  • Maintenance and Improvement of the Talent Acquisition culture, developing partnerships with business, HR and candidates, through consultative service, identifying opportunities and market challenges;
  • Use of attraction and sourcing techniques to ensure the attractiveness of active and passive candidates, for available opportunities or even for future opportunities, always focusing on the candidate's experience;
  • Support in the implementation of best practices related to TA (locally, regionally and globally).

Requirements:

  • Experience in ATS systems
  • Experience in multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, github, etc)
  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments and into multiple countries
  • Great communications skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to multitask, while being effective
  • Previous experience with HRIS Systems (Bamboo HR or similar)
  • Previous experience in a startup environment (nice to have)
  • Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor!
