The Main Event: What you'll do 

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Huspy, you'll sit on the Martech Product Squad – a multicultural, fast-paced, and hands-on team of experts building and implementing the best marketing technologies to enable all business units across Huspy with the needed means to engage with their customers and partners. You'll be focused on developing the martech segment for the Real Estate and Mortgage business units in Spain, collaborating directly with growth and product teams to define strategy, scope, test, and validate hypotheses to optimize sales conversion, boost product marketing, and drive customers and channel partners engagement, owning the design-to-delivery process: it means we'll have fun and get our hands dirty, together.

  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Gather insights and requirements from stakeholders to scope solutions effectively, aligning expectations from start to finish. This involves meticulous planning, execution, and continuous communication to keep all parties informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engagement and Visibility Enhancement: Work towards boosting engagement by increasing the visibility of our newly launched product features, ensuring users are always informed about the latest updates and enhancements.
  • Comprehensive Training and Coordination: Design and implement training programs agents on new features, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist their clients. This requires coordination with marketing and product teams to craft a seamless go-to-market strategy, integrating product development insights for thorough understanding and alignment.
  • Integrated Marketing and Product Strategy: Support marketing and product-related tasks to facilitate successful feature launches and achieve market penetration. This includes collaborating with product development teams for real-time feature updates, mapping customer journeys in collaboration with product managers, and crafting communication strategies across the funnel.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Management and Reporting: Plan and execute marketing campaigns based on comprehensive data analysis, market research, benchmarking, and product discovery. Emphasize testing, learning, and iterating to refine strategies. Additionally, report on campaign performance to evaluate and measure effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • 2+ years of working experience with Marketing Automation, Product engagement/Marketing, and customer life cycle.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required), Braze(preferred), Hubspot, Pipedrive, Acoustic, etc.
  • Is able to set and perform A/B/n tests, and have strong knowledge of channels like Email, SMS, Smart SMS, WhatsApp, mobile and web push, etc.
  • Love data: can manipulate, transform, and process data using SQL to report on campaign analytics, attribution, conversion, and ROI.
  • You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are detail-oriented, with a passion for excellence and a deep understanding of product marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English. You have a strong ability to understand and articulate technical features and benefits.
