The Main Event: What you'll do
You'll lead a team of skilled engineers with people from companies like Uber, Microsoft, SumUp, Revolut, Loft and Careem. In this role, you will establish best engineering practices, guide high impact teams, and have strong stakeholder management skills.

- Manages and mentors engineers of cross-functional product squad, fostering collaboration and growth
- Develops and maintains a positive team culture, encouraging innovation and creativity.
- Provides guidance, mentorship, and support to the engineers within the team, fostering their professional growth and development by sharing knowledge, offering constructive feedback, and creating opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Coordinates with product and design teams to ensure effective product execution, creating clarity and simplicity.
- Ensures best practices for software development and code quality while insisting on the highest standards.
- Actively collaborates with the team to identify and implement appropriate architectural and design patterns, ensuring that the team follows best practices and creates maintainable, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
- Seasoned software engineer that lead teams and mentored engineers in fast-paced environments
- Experience in building system architecture, as our engineering leaders have extensive involvement into day-to-day technical challenges
- Knowledge of best CI / CD Practices
- Experience working with Cloud Technologies, AWS preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams building client focused product (Product & Engineering, Design, Data etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills
