The Main Event: What you'll do
- Guide clients through property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting.
- Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals between buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, leveraging collective expertise and resources.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
- UAE Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) is a must requirement.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry, with a strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
