Job Description

🚀 To meet the new needs related to the expansion of our activity, we are looking for an Account Manager to support our team. You will be the main point of contact to provide a qualitative support to our clients and manage a portfolio of SMEs. You will directly report to Nicolas, our Head of Sales. 


🎯 What will you Do ?

  • You build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
  • You work closely with our Customer Success Management team in order to maximize your clients’ satisfaction;
  • You optimize international payments, FX exposure 
  • You analyze companies' currency risk management;
  • You raise awareness and support companies on currency issues;
  • You help clients to fully understand features of our platform and to use them;
  • You help your clients with their daily needs;
  • You collect customer feedback and needs and share within our organization;
  • KPIs: Cross sell, Up sell, Churn & NPS


🔎 What do you bring ?

  • You have a prior experience on a customer facing position
  • You're customer-oriented
  • You have good communication skills (speaking & writting)
  • Fluent in French
  • Fluent in English would be a plus
