We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our technology departments, driving people strategies that fuel creativity, collaboration, and growth.
In this key leadership position, you will partner closely with senior business stakeholders and will translate business needs and strategies into well informed people initiatives that foster a high performing culture and great employee experience. We are looking for someone with a strategic and creative mindset, who loves to take ownership, who has no difficulty building up trusted relationships, can influence effortlessly and has a can-do mentality. The perfect candidate thrives best in a high – performing, dynamic and fast paced environment.
You will report to the Head of Talent and will work closely with the rest of the People Function that currently consists of HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, Learning & Development, Recruitment, EDI & Marketing.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with (senior) leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives
- Be a talent expert: Play an important role in maximizing the potential of our IMC employees and creating high performing teams. Covering a broad range of topics, e.g., performance management, talent and succession planning, employee retention and engagement
- Closely collaborate with your HR colleagues in other regions to drive (global) people projects and initiatives
- Be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to help them navigate people topics.
- Proactively be on the lookout for any people challenges and opportunities and come up with the right solutions
- Make use of people data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on key people metrics and trends.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a HRBP role, preferably in a fast-growing tech-driven or entrepreneurial environment
- University degree or relevant HR qualification
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Proven ability to lead and support organization change initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – convey confidence, empathy and trust via candor and diplomacy to build effective relationships; able to engage with all levels in the organization
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reporting
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- High EQ – strong intuition and good judgement
- Getting things done mentality and resilient
- Data driven decision maker / problem solver
- Acts autonomous, enjoys a high degree of freedom and responsibility
- Confident with English as the main business language.
