At IMC our team of Business Partners play an important and strategic role in the development of our employees and leaders.  We’re seeking confident, driven, collaborative and effervescent Senior HR Business Partner to join our progressive and growing HR team.

You will manage and optimize HR operations, ensuring efficient processes across the full employee lifecycle. From overseeing HR systems to supporting key initiatives in onboarding, learning and development, and global mobility, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience and driving organizational success.

We offer genuine Business Partnering roles where success is built on effective 1:1s with managers and employees, through the coaching of individuals and utilization of insights to drive organizational change. In addition to hands on business partnering, the roles are also responsible for the design and delivery of a number of cyclical and ad hoc HR projects. What you will do:

  • Build and maintain metrics, processes, and initiatives to build a performance driven organization oriented on quality, delivery and cost optimisation
  • Lead the team in maintaining accurate HRIS, payroll data, and related tools.
  • Oversee all stages, including contracts, onboarding, staff movements, relocations, and terminations.
  • Conduct onboarding check-ins for new joiners at 3 weeks, 3 months, and 5 months, with a 5-month manager review.
  • Assist Head of HR with initiatives like Glint, performance reviews, and development projects.
  • Plan and manage L&D sessions.
  • Work with the Campus Recruiter to plan and coordinate the 10-week program, including mentor support, projects, and feedback cycles.
  • Partner with international BPs to facilitate transfers/secondments, including offers, contracts, relocation, and visas.
  • Support the business with negotiations as needed, collaborating with the Head of HR on DOR.
  • Regularly update HR policies to ensure alignment with best practices and legal changes.

Who you are:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR Business Partnering, with a proven track record in improving HR processes and driving employee experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, including L&D initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
