Inbank Product&Tech’s Finance, Reporting, and Oversight Tribe is looking for a Data Warehouse Product Manager who will support the organization's growth and expansion.
The Finance, Reporting, and Oversight Tribe is responsible for simplifying and streamlining data, analytics, and reporting for better decision-making
What will you be doing?
- Aligning the product roadmap with the business strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on factors like customer and business impact and business value, and effectively communicating decisions to cross-functional teams
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the product's success, aligning them with business objectives, and using the insights gained to make data-driven decisions for improvement of DWH product
- Calculate unit economics of the product and define areas of improvements
- Steering organizational product processes
- Own configuration and market customization of product parameters for new product introductions and major changes to existing features
- Run projects eliminating functional gaps for products regarding missing business-facing product features and process business discrepancies
- Provide continuous change management to the product’s setup at all stages of its life cycle
- Maintain document templates for DWH products
- Prioritize and effectively manage the backlog
- Manage dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with different stakeholders
- Accountability for the quality and completeness of the entire product/service
- Drive excitement, adoption, and satisfaction for the product
In order to be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:
- 3 years of experience as an Implementation Manager or Product Manager or Product Owner
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong analytical mindset
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
We do understand that nobody is perfect, but some bonus points if you have;
- Previous experience with high growth companies / scalable financial technology products
- Experience in all or one of these areas; internal reporting, accounting, controlling and/or data warehouses
