Are you a dynamic professional who thrives on achieving measurable results? We're seeking a talented Commercial Lead to play a key role in launching our exciting new business line and driving the success of our rental service business. As a Commercial Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative go-to-market plans, negotiating strategic partnerships, and leading sales projects that will define the future of our company.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with the growth and product teams to successfully launch our new business line in Inbank’s existing and new European markets
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for our new rental service business line, ensuring effective market entry
  • Participate in negotiations and tenders with new and key partners to strengthen our business ecosystem
  • Lead specific sales-related projects, working closely with local sales and marketing teams. Enable the development of targeted campaigns, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue and meet business objectives
  • Develop a customer-centric view of market needs to ensure our offerings align with customer expectations.

What We'd Like to See in You:

  • Proven commercial track record: Demonstrate a successful track record in a target-driven "field-sales" role, preferably working closely with retailers and consistently exceeding new business revenue targets
  • Sales and distribution expertise: Direct experience in developing new business sales and distribution strategies with strong results and achievements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: Showcase exceptional interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Autonomous and collaborative: Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while fostering collaboration in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
