Due to our growth ambitions, we are looking for a talented Technical Lead to join the Finance, Reporting and Treasury Tribe in our Tallinn, Estonia office. 

What’s the role about?
As a Technical Lead, you will take on the development of an automated financial ledger system, replacing traditional accounting methods with real-time data ingestion from source systems. Collaborating closely with product counterparts, you will define requirements, architect solutions, and lead a team through implementation. Our leads are hands-on, blending strong leadership with technical expertise to drive success.

In order to be successful  in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you;

  • 3-5 years of previous experience with leading teams of product engineers within high-quality technical solutions.
  • Experience with Java, AWS, Springboot, PostgreSQL
  • Proven track record with building sustainable software architecture
  • You are able to ensure high code quality by explaining good development practices and design patterns
  • Proficiency in team development, and technical roadmap planning
  • Ability to uphold high code quality through mentorship and review

We do understand that nobody is perfect, but some bonus points if you have;

  • Previous experience with Financial Ledger systems
  • Previous experience within Financial Services
