Due to our growth ambitions, we are looking for a talented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic.
What will you be doing?
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering excellence to our customers and partners by managing internal and external payments in time, handling vendor invoices with precision and assessment and mitigation of operational risks. Some of the things you will be responsible for are but not limited to:
- The Execution of payment transactions and solving payment-related challenges
- Interacting with other bank departments and branches within a timely response
- Taking on the development of Financial Operations processes
- Handling vendor and expense invoices
- Working together in an international operational team
- And the preparation and submission of reports
Ideally you come with the following skills;
- 2 years of previous working experience preferably in a finance service center, bank or related field
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and a great relationship builder
- Great team spirit and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Fluency in English is a must.
