In order to be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in planning and executing cross-channel campaigns to reach targets effectively.
- Understanding of paid media channels and experience in managing digital campaigns through external agencies.
- Proven expertise in executing successful email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies to conceptualize, implement, and monitor marketing initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
We do understand that nobody is perfect, but some bonus points if you have;
- Knowledge of design or AI tools.
- Deep understanding of paid media platforms and their algorithms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
