We are looking for a Credit Verification Specialist in our Gdansk, Poland office and you will get to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our credit processes.

What will you be doing?

Analyzing credit data of individual customers, including car and instalment products.
Assessing the correctness of loan documents.
Making informed credit decisions within the limits of available funds.
Conducting telephone verifications for approved credit applications.
Preparing recommendations based on decisions made by senior management.

Ideally you come with the following experience:

Bachelor's degree in economics, banking, finance, or a related field (higher education preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with computers and a solid understanding of banking products and services.
Experience in conducting client conversations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
C1 Polish language skills
Availability to work in shifts as needed.
