We are looking for a Communications Specialist in our Tallinn, Estonia office.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensuring that corporate news is communicated effectively and in line with our values both inside and out. 
  • Managing localisations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and PR agencies. 
  • Championing internal communication including taking ownership of internal communication channels.
  • Collaborating with the Brand and People teams on employer brand initiatives to ensure that everyone at Inbank embodies our values and culture.
  • Creating engaging content for internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels (including LinkedIn).
  • Supporting investor relations team with drafting and localizing public announcements and presentations.

Ideally you come with the following skills:

  • A curious and resilient multitasker, eager to learn and flexible in taking on new challenges and responsibilities as the role evolves.
  • Self-starter attitude, who can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements.
  • Always on the lookout for ways to make things better, takes action to solve problems, and loves sharing new ideas to help improve our work.
  • Experience in communication, both internal and external and/or employer branding with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, fluent in English and Estonian with a desire to work in an international environment
