We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to join our Kaunas team. 

What will you do:

  • Form and develop a team of up to 15 people
  • Ensure the organization, planning, and delegation of tasks for the group (call center and remote work) and assigned projects
  • Help the team achieve set customer service and sales goals
  • Provide insights about customer experience and needs and initiate changes
  • Manage non-standard situations and engage in solving more complex problems
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement the best solutions
  • Prepare and present reports/statistics.
In order to be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:
  • You have at least one year of team management experience (experience in customer service, sales, or call centers is an advantage)
  • You possess leadership qualities that enable you to develop the team and help achieve team results
  • You have the ability to motivate colleagues and create an excellent working environment
  • You have knowledge of call center KPIs and customer service standards
  • You have internal motivation and perseverance to ensure the best customer service 
    experience.
