The Opportunity
Inflow is looking for an ambitious and visionary VP of Product to join the team. You will play a crucial role in shaping Inflow's future trajectory, ensuring that the product meets the needs of our members.
You will develop and execute a cohesive vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offering. Leading a team of product managers, designers, and analysts, you will foster a strong product culture and discipline within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the digital health space to improve the lives of individuals with ADHD by building a category-defining product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offering
- Manage and run all product quarterly planning and represent Product at an executive level
- Recruit, manage, and support a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and analysts.
- Build out a strong product culture and discipline at Inflow
- Develop processes to improve product development and execution
- Collaborate closely with the growth team to ensure growth and product strategy work cohesively
Key Requirements
- Track record of driving significant improvements in retention at a D2C startup
- Experience overseeing at least 2 product teams with a track record of hiring, managing, and developing top product talent
- Highly data-driven and analytical - extremely comfortable doing data analysis
- Scrappiness - ability to validate and move at an uncomfortably fast pace. Should always be able to do more with less
- Very strong and influential communication skills
- Ability and willingness to get stuck in with execution
- Experience with hypotheses-driven product development and a solid understanding of experimentation/AB testing
- User-centricity - able to draw valuable insights from our members and conduct robust user research
- Strong commercial awareness
- Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven
Bonus Requirements
- Experience at a senior product level in a startup at Seed or Series A stage
- Domain expertise with mobile apps
- Healthcare industry experience
- Product growth experience
- Experience as a founder or in early-stage startup environments (0-1 experience)
