Research, Plan and Strategize

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key opportunities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements to prepare customized solutions.
  • Stay informed on clinical drug development, pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, emerging policy developments and customer priorities to anticipate and predict potential opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing the company's presence in the large, and Mid cap pharmaceutical market.

Generate New Business

  • Proactively identify key customer functions and personas as well as advocates across different stakeholder groups in the targeted Biopharma organization.
  • Establish and grow relationships with key executives at target accounts.
  • Generate new pipeline opportunities through strategic networking and relationship building efforts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive the commercial outreach and shepherd engagements, from initial meeting through the procurement process to close.
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with Insights Excellence, Support, Product and Engineering, and marketing colleagues to ensure the needs of the customers are met
  • Proactively arrange  presentations and engagements at prospect sites.
  • Conduct regular meetings at customer´s premises to better embed Intelligencia AI in their organisations and add value to our contracts.
  • Disseminate knowledge at industry events to enhance the company's brand presence and generate new business
  • Meet and/or exceed defined quotas by securing enterprise contracts to contribute to the company’s growth.

Document, Forecast and Report

  • Develop comprehensive customer profiles, identifying target customer needs and aligning strategies with MEDDIC sales approach.
  • Build and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline, ensuring the closure of  all possible deals to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide detailed pipeline and reports to the company directors as required.
  • Advise on changes and trends in the marketplace offering insights into the activities of competitors.

What you'll bring to the team 

  • 5+ years of commercial / solution sales experience at an innovative technology or commercial solutions provider, top consulting or boutique life sciences consulting firm
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally working with enterprise accounts across at least one of the following segments: Large pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, research and/or academic medical centers, investors, and financial services
  • Alternatively, we welcome candidates with limited sales experience, but with significant experience (7+ years) in the industry - particularly in big pharma and biotech - as it relates to AI products in R&D, clinical research, and/or BD
  • Proven sales success in closing high value and complex technology, consulting and/or service sales in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry
  • Outstanding self-starter approach with the ability to be successful with very limited initial infrastructure
  • Ideally bring a significant and relevant network across the R&D / Drug Development industry and can develop consultative relationships 
  • You have a fascination for innovative research and Artificial Intelligence, the future of clinical research and medicine and passion for solving the biggest problems in health
  • Bachelor degree in Business or Science; Advanced degree (MBA, PhD or Healthcare certification) desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to compellingly articulate Intelligencia’s AI product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
  • The second and third spoken languages are desirable.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $210,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis
