The VP of Finance & Operations will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and executive team in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring efficient and effective operations throughout the organization.Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Finance & Operations will be responsible for leading the Finance, People Operations and Business Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, strong leadership skills and a track record of success in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Intelligencia AI's vision and objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive sustainable growth.Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement or optimization
Support fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and prepare decks for Board of Directors meetings.
Collaborate on the design of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the company, aligning with overall strategic priorities and goals.
Directly manage the People Ops team, Finance department, and Business Operations.
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and objectives.

What you’ll bring to the team

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
Hands on experience in strategic finance, building pitch deck, data room, and valuation models
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills; proven team player who can engender credibility and confidence within and outside the company
Effective leadership, people management, and team building
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving progress and evolution in a dynamic environment
Ability to travel internationally; up to 20% may be required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
