The VP of Finance & Operations will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and executive team in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring efficient and effective operations throughout the organization.Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Finance & Operations will be responsible for leading the Finance, People Operations and Business Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, strong leadership skills and a track record of success in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Intelligencia AI's vision and objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive sustainable growth.Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Support fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and prepare decks for Board of Directors meetings.
- Collaborate on the design of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the company, aligning with overall strategic priorities and goals.
- Directly manage the People Ops team, Finance department, and Business Operations.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and objectives.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Hands on experience in strategic finance, building pitch deck, data room, and valuation models
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills; proven team player who can engender credibility and confidence within and outside the company
- Effective leadership, people management, and team building
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving progress and evolution in a dynamic environment
- Ability to travel internationally; up to 20% may be required
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
