As the Project Manager for Global Customer Care Strategy at IONOS, you will play a key role in leading the successful transformation and implementation of Customer Care Strategy, including related tools and systems within the IONOS Group. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required objectives.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the launch and integration of Customer Care Strategy and Tooling projects within the IONOS Group.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Operations Teams, HR, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project timeline or objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring key milestones are met and project deadlines are adhered to.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to deliver the project within scope and budget.
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication of project status, updates, and decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in a technical environment, responsible for implementation projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, capable of liaising with various stakeholders from C-Level to employees, incl. technical and non-technical counterparts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, or tools within an organization.
  • Experience working with Customer Care tools and systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Customer Care processes and practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Intercultural skills that enable to comprehend and adapt to needs of our global organization and international colleagues.
