- Conduct research and analyze data to drive HR decisions
- Assist with administrative tasks, keeping our processes smooth
- Partner with different teams to plan engaging company events
- Become an expert in our development tools, crafting training initiatives
- Help organize impactful training sessions
- Measure the success of training programs ensuring they make a difference
- Be a trusted collaborator, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Lend a hand with a talent related matters
Who you are and what you have
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program related to HR, Business Administration, or a field that fuels your interest in people and development (think Pedagogy, Intercultural Communication!)
- A "learn-it-all" attitude: You're eager to soak up knowledge and contribute fresh perspectives to our team
- Problem-solving pro: You tackle challenges head-on with a positive "can-do" spirit and a hands-on approach
- Master communicator: Research, communication, and organization are your superpowers (and you use them for good!)
