Mission Brief
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that the daily functions and procedures related to internal logistics in the manufacturing plant run smoothly and efficiently..
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Receiving goods, storing goods, performing inventory checks, preparing goods for delivery
- Report shortages and damages that occurred during shipment
- Manually enter good receipts (GRs) into the system, based on confirmation from the PO creator that the contracted service is completed
- Discuss and follow up with PO Creators regarding the status of open GRs
- Update tracking documents showing the completion progress of GRs
- Resolve discrepancies between the PO and GR General warehouse activities
Qualification Checklist
- Ideally at least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or similar areas
- Basic math, computer and recording abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Good physical condition
- German and English skills
