We need autonomous, proactive and reliable people to work with a fast-paced remote tech team who enjoy a journey of rapid growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating, designing and building amazing worlds for the best brands in the world.
- Work with a team of super talented and highly motivated individuals to push the boundaries of real time graphics applications for commercial projects.
- Design worlds, architectural spaces, environments and biomes.
- Helping maintain asset quality and organisation
- Communicating with other team members to establish an effective pipeline and integrate assets
Who we are looking for:
- Deep expertise in designing in Unreal. Design is key. We want visual problem solvers with exquisite design sensibilities.
- Ultimately, your skill is most important – show us your portfolio!
- Love for creating stunning CG artwork and share it with the world.
- Creative confidence. You can present and justify your design decisions.
- Owners of work. Highly motivated individuals that can own their work and processes. Communicate with the team and run with a creative brief and come back with design solutions for executing world class creative work.
- Team players that care about the project outcome, helping your team of fellow artists, contribute to the knowledge pool and collaborate effortlessly with producers and creative directors.
- Fluent in English
- Technically we need people that have good knowledge of modelling (we use Blender), some basic UV and painting knowledge and if you have knowledge of procedural generation Houdini or Geometry Nodes is a big plus.
