As a leader in the industry, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP of Product to drive our product strategy and shape the future of immersive AI experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap focused on innovation in a quickly evolving industry.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes and use this information to make informed product decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product initiatives with business goals.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, and behaviour to drive continuous product improvement and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, ideally with a focus on immersive technologies and AI.
- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, virtual reality, augmented reality, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through successful management of cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in the enterprise software and/or creative industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of bringing industry leading products to market
