What you will be doing:

  • Grow dedicated Accounting stream footprint and scope
  • Lead and Manage dedicated Accounting stream’s Accounting Leads and Accounting operations teams
  • Act as dedicated Accounting stream’s Key Finance Partner for financial reporting
  • Plan, execute and manage dedicated Accounting stream centralization
  • Plan and monitor process transition to Group Shared Services
  • Standardize and improve dedicated Accounting stream process and operations
  • Define and monitor dedicated Accounting stream department key performance indicators and SLA’s
  • Plan, own and execute accounting controls (connected with SOX Compliance) like:
    • Summarizing and reconciling accounting with operational systems
    • Substantiating financial transactions and GL balances
    • Liaising with operation teams and controllers to identify gaps and work to solve them

You will also participate in the preparation of financial reporting and support the team efforts in other complementary tasks/projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Accounting or Finance Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 10 Years of accounting experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in Team Management and Development
  • Ability to work autonomously        
  • English proficiency written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate globally and work cross-functionally with other teams;
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Quantitative skills
  • MS Office proficiency (especially in Excel and any relevant data analysis tool) - Microsoft Dynamics Nav knowledge is a plus
