Main Responsibilities:

1. Execution


  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to acquire new users, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle.
  • Evolve & manage account structures for smooth targeting with minimal overlaps.
  • Build and launch complex automated campaigns across all paid channels and verticals including Ecommerce, Pay & Food within agreed SLA.
  • Executes day-to-day paid media for various ad platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google ads; conducts & optimizes in-depth ad grouping, conversion.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up for best performance and highlight requirements to achieve that.

2. Performance Mgmt

  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and Performance; present the key insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and customers.
  • Lead country performance management reviewing the performance on daily basis.
  • Review Pre funnel matrix on channels and post funnel metrics through PBI and steer performance accordingly.
  • Budget the needed amount based on country targets and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
  • Achieve country targets through maintaining camps efficiency based on agreed upon objective, proactively raising flags, and taking corrective actions.
  • Create a testing framework to improve overall country performance.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies tools to use and explore new channels based on their penetration in assigned region when applicable.

3. Stakeholders & Steering


  • Build and launch complex automated campaigns. 
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and Performance; present the key insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and customers. 
  • Collaborate with data scientist and analyst to understand user segmentation and behavior & identify consumer insights to drive transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies in lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Executes day-to-day paid media for various ad platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google ads; conducts & optimizes in-depth ad grouping, conversion optimization from the ads and audience targeting.
  • Continuously run marketing experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metrics.
  • Work together with our content creators to create high-impact creative assets based on thorough A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies tools to use.
  • Communicate regularly and efficiently with country Head of Performance, CMO, central POM team and vertical leads across verticals.
  • Review country trajectory towards planned targets and expected EOM landing.
  •  Set a clear action plan to steer performance when behind targets.

Profile Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid media (search, display, social), or Marketing Automation either at an agency or in-house. 
  • Proficiency in paid media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEM, Tiktok, Twitter YouTube).
  • Proven experience in B2C marketing, A/B testing, lifecycle optimization, and in building media plans & forecasts. 
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven thinking as well as expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting standards and a track record of proven business results through A/B and Multivariate Testing techniques, and metrics for ROI analysis.
  • Creative and independent problem solver that can juggle many tasks and thrive in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication (English is a must) and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
