Main Responsibilities

 

  • Day-to-day manage, plan, implement, monitor and execute paid search marketing campaigns (Search, DSA, Shopping, etc) on various search platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, and similar to drive demand and conversion.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and identify trends and insights to improve and achieve the maximum ROI.
  • Conduct a detailed keyword research and customer trends to continually expand and optimize paid keyword discovery.
  • Research, analyze and monitor competitors advertising search campaigns to identify gaps and setting the action plan accordingly.
  • Manage and adjust PPC budgets, and optimize bid strategies, Ad copies, landing pages and analyzing search query and other reports for target countries.
  • Prepare and generate SEM performance and KPIs reports on a weekly/monthly basis for presentation and review along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Suggesting improvement in the marketing campaign and make necessary changes if required.
  • Driving continued optimization of SEM campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, etc.
  • Identifying new opportunities to drive revenue & profitability and actively participate in formulating strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the onsite, creative, content, performance and tech teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the SEM best practices.
  • Generating heatmaps to analyze consumer behavior on the website
  • Staying up to date with the new advertising trends, SEM strategies, best practices, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition with a proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, and other search engines.
  • Agency and eCommerce experience is a must.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • ​Understanding of attribution, Its different setups and how to analyze resulting issues
  • Experience generating SEM reports using Google data studio, Power BI, Google Suite, Excel, etc.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (English is a must, written and verbal).
  • Adept in and experienced with web analytics and advertising tools and platforms (e.g٫ Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, etc)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of Bid Management tools such as Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, or others.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
