Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing hub coordinators & senior coordinators
  • Ensuring that all operations are running smoothly on-groun
  • Managing rotational shifts and Delivery agents/couriers
  • Scheduling and managing the Hub Team and Delivery agents/couriers
  • Managing the facility in terms of the daily supplies, cleaning staff, security staff ..etc
  • Daily & weekly reporting of hub performance
  • Monthly invoicing of hub contractors/ 3PLs
  • Managing the Quality assurance and ensuring that all Forward and reverse packages flows are complying with our SLA
  • Putting internal SLAs & SOPs for the daily hub operation

 

 

 

Qualifications Required:

  •  BSC Degree is a must
  • 5-7 years of logistics experience in a fast pace organization
  • Ability to manage a team , Team management experience is preferred
  • English Language proficiency Written & Spoken
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excel in Microsoft office applications
