Main Responsabilities

  • Make routine (daily or monthly) cycle counts
  • Ensure inventory processes & systems are adhered to end to end
  • Adoption of FiFo as a model
  • Institute proper handling, movement, and storing of items within the warehouse
  • Ensure efficacy of stocks in all location
  • Limit the lost items in the warehouse
  • Treat the troubleshooter items
  • Ensure KPI satisfaction
  • Respect SLA of temporary locations (quarantined)
  • Manage space within the hub ensuring it is fully utilized

 

Required Skills and qualifications

  • An advanced degree
  • 2 years of experience at least 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet, etc.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite – Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.
  • Ability to work extended hour
