As Traffic ops (onsite, merchandising and campaigns) manager, you will be responsible for the onsite and campaign analytics of the Group and you will lead various projects aiming to enrich the platform content, always with the final objective of optimizing the app user experience and customer retention.

You will work across different functions (Marketing, Commercial, Tech), across different business lines (local and regional teams) and across all countries in Africa to drive the marketing vision and deliver plans in line with company strategy and objectives. 

Your responsibilities

  • Analytics
    • Steer the performance of the app and the website on a weekly basis with all countries: maintaining and improving the weekly dashboard, analyzing kpis (impressions, clics, CTR, traffic, conversion, exit rate, etc) and taking corrective actions
    • Build Post Mortem analysis of campaigns such as Black Friday in order to identify key areas of improvements for following campaigns
    • Run ad-hoc analysis to help management to take key decisions on business
  • Project management
    • Flash sales: own Flash Sales strategy ; identification and follow-up on relevant tech developments ; implement the vision in each market, adapt to the local constraints, steer the performance, identification of potential growth opportunities
    • Gamification: Support the implementation of the group gamification strategy by being a bridge between the tech and local teams ; provide relevant analytics ; contribute to the roadmap
    • Personalization: Take part to the personalized onsite content tenets ; test, roll out and implement in each market ; support, transform processes and steer the performance of the initiative 
    • Userflow and AB test : Steady AB testing ; owner of analytics and AB test coordination ; implementation of the key learnings
    • Ad hoc projects across different functions: Advertising, Free shipping program, Customer incentives, etc.

Who we´re looking for

  • Master's degree in top business or engineer schools and universities
  • +3 years experience in data analysis or digital marketing 
  • Proficiency in advanced excel and google analytics
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and willingness to be immersed in an very international and entrepreneurial environment
  • Analytical mind, sharp, data & detail oriented and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Well organized and ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects
  • Level headed and can express ideas in a clear and impactful manner
