Your position as Regional Revenue Manager entails:

  • Monitoring Gross Profit P&L performance vs budget:
    • Building analysis to ensure smart reporting on the performance across all categories, leading to action-oriented recommendations
    • Supporting local teams in this process and lead analysis on Gross profit topics for top management
    • Driving Revenue streams optimization >> implementing new fees, changing existing fees
  • Designing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all Revenue streams:
    • Designing processes to run sensitivity analysis (compromise between topline and margin), to measure price elasticity to drive optimal investments into price (subsidy for example)
    • Defining and end to end process for Retail Management
  • Investing the subsidy budget:
    • Ensure that the budget in order to drive top line growth
    • Ensure to monitor and control the efficiency of investment
    • Design scalable process that defines systematic product selection for investment
  • Controlling Inventory Management:
    • Management of Purchase Orders: making sure that we inbound the right assortment at the right quantity and the right margin
    • Ensuring a healthy rolling stock
    • Proposing smart, nimble pricing model optimizing margin at product level

Expected background and technical skills:

  • 3+ years experience in consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), 3+ years experience in ecommerce (Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), 3+ years in top banks
  • Top 1% Business / Engineering Schools and Universities
