What you will be doing
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market research, and business priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment on product direction
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and requirements through user interviews, surveys, and data analysis
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications for product development
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment on product requirements and priorities
Product Development and Delivery:
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success and iterate on features based on user feedback
- Coordinate product releases and updates, including feature prioritization, release planning, and communication with stakeholders
Market and User Engagement:
- Engage with customers and users to gather feedback, validate product assumptions, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches
- Monitor market trends and user behavior to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy
Product Performance Analysis:
- Analyze product performance data, including usage metrics, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize product features and user experience
- Generate insights and recommendations to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate input into product planning and decision-making processes
- Present product strategies and roadmaps to internal and external audiences, including customers, partners, and investors
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in Product Management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- English proficiency
- Solid understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in Product Management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office suite
