What you will be doing:

  • Manage the recharge process and interests, which includes defining and updating the recharge setup;
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies;
  • Take ownership of the intercompany settlement process;
  • Maintain intercompany documentation;
  • Centralize the payroll accounting process and post the respective entries;
  • Ensure timely monthly closing and reporting of the financial statements;
  • Prepare and Review Balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Assist with the external audits.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Management / Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Audit / Corporate Finance/ Accounting / Consolidation in an IFRS environment is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • MS Office proficiency (especially in Excel);
  • Microsoft Dynamics Nav knowledge is a plus.
