Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

1- Employer Branding: 

  • Create relations with targeted schools and universities and identify new ones;
  • Support in organizing campus events across Jumia’s countries of operations
  • Assessment of Jumia’s employer brand (communication & social media presence), as well as benchmark against industry.
  • Ensure that Jumia is present with great content on relevant job/student platforms;
  • Contribute to different employer branding initiatives, like creating content, vacancy announcements and improving social media presence.

2-Talent Acquisition Operations:

  • Support in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)  back end operations.
  • Receiving and solving ATS inquiries from recruiters
  • Support in metrics and data management of ATS, support on building reporting and dashboard. 
  • Support the Central TA team in its various tasks. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or current masters student enrolled in business administration, business informatics, human resources management or Psychology.
