What you will be doing:
- Monitoring the timely execution of payments, improving Vendor satisfaction, and allowing tighter control over cash flows;
- Ensuring all payments have been properly forecasted;
- Obtaining approvals on payments;
- Processing payments using payment gateways, following standard processes and approval flows;
- Maintaining payment details of beneficiaries, with tight controls;
- Liaising with the operational companies on all payment-related questions.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in Treasury, ideally in an international company with exposure to foreign exchange challenges.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Management / Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
- Preferably previous experience in an admin position (in Finance/Treasury or Payables team);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Detail-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Hands-on attitude, because e-commerce is 50% operations and processes;
- Passion for making things happen and excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems;
- Fluent in English both verbal and written / French is a plus.
