What you will be doing:

  • Monitoring the timely execution of payments, improving Vendor satisfaction, and allowing tighter control over cash flows;
  • Ensuring all payments have been properly forecasted;
  • Obtaining approvals on payments;
  • Processing payments using payment gateways, following standard processes and approval flows;
  • Maintaining payment details of beneficiaries, with tight controls;
  • Liaising with the operational companies on all payment-related questions.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in Treasury, ideally in an international company with exposure to foreign exchange challenges.


What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Management / Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
  • Preferably previous experience in an admin position (in Finance/Treasury or Payables team);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
  • Hands-on attitude, because e-commerce is 50% operations and processes;
  • Passion for making things happen and excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems;
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written / French is a plus.
