What you will be doing:

  • Monitor & steer cash reconciliation operations (own-fleet, 3PLs and PSPs);
  • Record and reconcile collection partners remittances;
  • Control over collection partners balances;
  • Investigate and resolve divergences/billing problems;
  • Monitor & steer marketplace vendor management operations;
  • Ensure smooth and timely payment cycles, crucial to our vendor satisfaction;
  • Control over marketplace vendor balances;
  • Investigate and resolve divergences/billing problems;
  • Vendor onboarding review & validation;
  • Lead an effective reconciliation of partners balance between Operations systems and Accounting systems;
  • Act as a communication liaison between our partners, operations, and accounting;
  • Continually look at ways to improve the vendor experience and earn the trust of our partners thereby building long-lasting relationships;
  • Development of ad-hoc projects based on business needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Background in Management/Finance/Accounting or equivalent training;
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written;
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Questioning and detail-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
