What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and update accounting policies and processes guidance for all relevant topics, in compliance with IFRS;
  • Prepare and maintain centralized valuation models and accounting guidance in regards to specific IFRS (IFRS 16, IFRS 9 …);
  • Prepare monthly classification and measurement instructions to shared accounting teams in regards to specific IFRS (IFRS 16, IFRS 9 …);   
  • Prepare and conduct IFRS and accounting policies training;
  • Organize and oversee the Monthly and Annual Closing Processes;
  • You will also assist:
    • on Audit Requests;
    • team efforts in other complementary tasks/projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Management / Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
  • 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in audit with international public accounting firm (big 4 or like) or financial reporting / consolidation role with private or public listed company is required;
  • Technical accounting background in IFRS;
  • Attention to Detail;
  • MS Office proficiency (especially in Excel);
  • Fluent in English / French is a plus.
