Overall Job Purpose

  • Provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer by providing a full secretarial and administrative service
  • Ensure that effective planning and administrative systems are maintained

What you will be doing

  • Proactively manage and coordinate the agenda of the CEO and other leaders by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings
  • Plan and organise travel and accommodation when required
  • Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems
  • Provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive  

What we are looking for

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to anticipate, take initiatives
  • Fluent with google suite tools (or Microsoft equivalents)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
