Main responsibilities:

As part of the Finance Operations team you will be expected to:

●      Monitor & steer cash reconciliation operations (own-fleet, 3PLs and PSPs)

○      Record and reconcile collection partners remittances

○      Control over collection partners balances

○      Investigate and resolve divergences/billing problems

●      Monitor & steer marketplace vendor management operations

○      Ensure smooth and timely payment cycles, crucial to our vendor satisfaction

○      Control over marketplace vendor balances

○      Investigate and resolve divergences/billing problems

○      Vendor onboarding review & validation

●      Lead an effective reconciliation of partners balance between Operations systems and Accounting systems

●      Act as a communication liaison between our partners, operations, and accounting.

●      Continually look at ways to improve the vendor experience and earn the trust of our partners thereby building long-lasting relationships.

●      Development of ad-hoc projects based on business needs.

We are looking for someone hands-on, passionate about working in the front line of a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

      Background in Management/Finance/Accounting or equivalent training;

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

●      Detail-oriented mindset;

●      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;

●      Hands-on attitude, because e-commerce is 50% operations and processes;

●      Passion for making things happen and excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems;

              ●      Fluent in English both verbal and written / French is a plus;
