The primary objective of the HR intern internship is to engage in a CSR project aimed at enabling the company to make meaningful contributions to the community and bolster its reputation beyond its primary business activities.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on best practices in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and industry trends.
  • Analyze relevant policies, standards, and regulations related to CSR to inform company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of CSR programs, including projects related to environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion, business ethics, etc.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis to assess the impact of CSR initiatives and prepare periodic reports.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events to raise awareness about CSR and encourage engagement with stakeholders.
  • Aid in evaluating the progress and outcomes of CSR initiatives by collecting data, analyzing performance, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks necessary to support the company's CSR activities.

  • Knowledge of sustainability, diversity and inclusion, business ethics, and social impact principles.
