What you will be doing

  • Monitor and analyze daily performance KPIs to assess the performance of marketing initiatives, activity, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall performance
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Track and analyze the performance of various marketing channels, including Paid Media, Social media, CRM, and SEO
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and growth by evaluating channel effectiveness and ROI
  • Provide hands-on support in CRM by segmenting customer data and developing targeted campaigns to improve customer retention and engagement
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify actionable insights, trends and recommendations
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity to ensure accurate reporting and analysis

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (including SQL & Python)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies is a plus
