Job Responsibilities :
- Update of bank signatories;
- Manage, track and archive correspondences
- Administrative support by helping teams correct contracts (as e.g check KYC information of the partner on the contract );
- Make the company’s legal documents available to the Team
- Ensure the monitoring and execution of administrative and legal formalities of Contracts
- Draft and manage the letters
- Ensure legal due diligence like submitting Minutes or other documents for registration to obtain updates licenses such RC
