As our Finance Systems Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, bridging the gap between finance and technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our financial systems, empowering teams across the organization, and driving efficiency through automation.

What you will be doing

  1. System Administration and Enhancement:
    1. Spearhead the administration and continuous improvement of our financial systems
    2. Develop and deploy cutting-edge features and applications to streamline finance operations
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, automate accounting tasks, and enhance financial reporting
  2. User Empowerment and Support:
    1. Provide expert guidance and training to users across all departments and locations
    2. Troubleshoot issues and empower users to maximize system capabilities
    3. Foster a culture of technological adoption and innovation within the finance department
  3. Process Optimization and Automation:
    1. Identify opportunities to simplify complex processes through intelligent automation
    2. Design and implement solutions that improve data quality, financial controls, and reporting accuracy
    3. Drive the development of user-friendly interfaces and intuitive workflows
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    1. Partner with IT, finance teams, and other stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
    2. Contribute to strategic initiatives that leverage financial systems to support business growth
    3. Act as a liaison between finance and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications

What we are looking for

  • Proven “hands-on” experience in financial systems administration - MS Dynamics NAV is a significant 'plus', but we value expertise in any modern ERP system
  • Unlock the power of financial data with your SQL expertise - as a Finance Systems Specialist, your SQL skills will be invaluable
  • Showcase your C# and JavaScript skills to supercharge your application - while not required, proficiency in these languages will set you apart
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for innovation and a track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
